1. Warranty Coverage

All jewellery purchased from Bloo & Co is covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects including:

  • Faulty clasps or closures

  • Loose stones caused by manufacturing issues

  • Structural defects in materials or workmanship

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

2. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper use or storage

  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water

  • Scratches, dents, or tarnishing from everyday use

  • Lost or stolen items

The warranty also does not cover items that have been altered, resized, or repaired by third parties.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

4. Repairs or Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Repair the jewellery item where possible, or

  • Replace the item with the same or a similar product if repair is not possible.

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs when returning items for inspection.

5. Consumer Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
