At Bloo & Co, we want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us first so we can arrange the exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Bloo & Co cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
