Not completely satisfied? Return your unworn items within 28 days for a full refund. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate your return. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

All our jewellery above £250 comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We'll repair or replace any item that doesn't meet our quality standards. This warranty covers craftsmanship but excludes normal wear and tear. Products under £250 are rewarded with a 3 month guarantee.
